1. High tenacity polyester tapes (PES)
The polyester tapes are elaborated meticulously with polyester thread of maximum quality to ensure the greatest tenacity and shine in the final fabric of our tapes. This line of belts is ideal for making lashing and lashing systems, which complies with the UNE-EN 12195-2 standard.
According to the needs of each client, the tapes can be marked with the customer’s name, logo or the value of the maximum resistance that the tape is capable to support during its application. The final product can be delivered in standard rolls of 100 meters or longer, and even in cut rolls with desired measurements as the customer had requested. There are other options – deliver without rolling in boxes to facilitate subsequent handling.
We offer different widths and resistances to achieve that our tapes meet the required characteristics depending on the final application:

2. PVC coated polyester tapes
This type of ribbons is woven with thread polyester and covered with PVC to give maximum adhesion. They are specially designed to be welded in PVC materials with hot air and/or ultra-frequency machines.
The PVC coated polyester tapes are manufactured according to DIN EN 12641-2 and certified by DEKRA:

3. Belt type polyester tapes
Belt-type polyester belts are made of high tenacity polyester yarn with an elongation of less than 7% and comply with the UNE-EN 12195-2 standard for use in lashing and lashing systems.
These belts are heat-set at high temperatures to achieve a more flexible and smooth, belt-like finish. Also, if the client requires it, belt-type polyester tapes can be marked with the client’s name, logo and/or with the value of the maximum strength that the tape is able to withstand during the application.
Regarding the delivery format of the product, we offer several options for our customer and they can decide which option suits best for their needs. Could be chosen from standard rolls of 100 to 250 meters on request or can be delivered without rolling in boxes.
